This blog is about sharing ideas on how we can get ‘get back to nature’ in all areas of our lives to enable greater overall health, fitness and well-being.
We are all creatures of nature, and when we take ourselves outside of our natural environment or try to move, eat or exist against the principles of nature … we will likely find it more difficult to stay in balance and live our lives to the fullest. Some simple changes to our fitness programs, our diet and our physical environment can have far-reaching effects to our overall health.
